Publication
All of our books are available to buy on Amazon, and some of them are available in bricks-and-mortar bookstores.
We offer two types of online publication. For the minority of books we design, print, bind and publish at our own cost under the Crazy Diamond publishing imprint, our publishing company works like all other traditional publishing companies, including the big names. We do everything, including book promotion, and the authors receive quarterly royalties.
Most of our books are self-published and paid for by the author. For these, we use our status as an Amazon affiliate to list our books online on Amazon’s international websites. The sales and remuneration process then works as shown below.
We can provide you with an ISBN, or you can use one that you have bought yourself.
Sales
The four step process works like this:
- Customers order and pay for your book online through Amazon
- Your printed book is packaged and shipped to the buyer
- We collect the payment from Amazon
- We deduct all our costs, including Amazon selling costs, postage and packaging
- We pay you the profit.
